Independent advice and outsourced services to companies, investment banks, brokers, asset managers and law firms.
Making life simpler
The company was founded in 2013 to provide corporate finance and equity capital markets advice to both private and publicly listed companies. The business has since expanded to provide advisory and outsourcing services to companies, banks, brokers, asset managers and law firms in various aspects of equity market related activities.
The overriding aim of the business is to “Make life simpler”. We achieve this by providing clear, independent, appropriate, and expert advice and by providing outsourced services designed to lift the administrative burden of highly important but time consuming activities.
The team at Scott Evans Associates Ltd have considerable experience in the areas of equity research, equity sales, corporate finance, corporate broking, client account management, investment management and regulation.
We believe it is essential for our advice to be presented in as clear and as simple a way as possible. Moreover, a fundamental aspect of our approach is to provide a detailed overview of the agreed targets, methodology, time-scales and costs before we begin any client project. We provide detailed time sheets for all of our work and our fee structure is very clear and simple; we never impose any hidden charges.
We only agree to projects where we believe we can add genuine value and where we consider ourselves to be expert. We utilise partners in areas where we do not have in-house expertise but we always make it clear from the outset if and when we will call on the services of our chosen partners. All our advice is appropriate and relevant to each project we work on and we have strict conflict of interest policies in place. While we work with a number of other businesses we remain fully independent and we aim to befair in all aspects of our business.
Our approach to business
